We are looking for a small number of organisations

Who it suits

• You hold real operational documentation — registers, procedures, policies, logs — rather than needing it written from scratch.
• Somebody in your organisation already suspects the documented process and the real one have drifted apart.
• You would rather see an honest, incomplete picture with its evidence attached than a confident one without.
• You can give a few hours of an informed person’s time to questions about what your material actually means.

What taking part involves

• A conversation about a bounded area of the organisation — one process, one control environment — not the whole company.
• You share the relevant existing material under terms agreed in writing beforehand.
• We run the assessment and walk you through every finding, including the ones that turned out to be wrong.
• You tell us where it was useful, where it was noise, and where it refused to read something it should have.

Early assessments will be run by us rather than by you. The analyst workspace is not yet something we would hand over, and we would rather say so than dress up a founder-operated service as a self-service platform.
