Systemantic is a trading name of Koar Group Limited, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC848652. Koar Group Limited is the data controller for this website. Our registered office is recorded on the Companies House register against company number SC848652.

What this website collects

This website has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account system and no file upload. It does not ask you for your name, your email address or any other personal detail, and there is nothing on it you can submit.

We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no cross-site profiling, so there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled on this site, we use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not collect or store personal data. It records aggregate page views and referrers only. No individual visitor is identified or tracked across sites.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data — including IP address, user agent and requested URL — in order to serve pages and protect the service. This is necessary for the site to function and rests on our legitimate interest in operating and securing it.

If you email us

If you write to us about the private beta, we process what you choose to send — typically your name, email address and something about your organisation — in order to reply and to discuss whether taking part makes sense. That rests on our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated.

We keep that correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we do not add you to any mailing list. There isn't one.

Organisational documents

This website neither accepts nor holds organisational material. Where an organisation takes part in the private beta, the handling of its documents — what is shared, where it is held, how long it is kept, and how it is destroyed — is agreed separately in writing before anything is provided. Those terms, not this notice, govern that material.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict our processing of it, and request a copy in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@systemantic.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

Systemantic is in active development, and this notice will change as the product does — particularly when the platform begins accepting organisational material directly. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
