This website is operated by Koar Group Limited, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC848652. Systemantic is a trading name of Koar Group Limited. “We” and “us” below mean that company.

What this site is

These terms cover the public website only. They are not a contract for the Systemantic product. Any use of the platform itself, including participation in the private beta, is governed by a separate written agreement.

What the content on this site is, and is not

The pages here describe a product under active development. Descriptions of behaviour reflect the software as it stands and will change as it develops.

The worked example on this site uses Kelmarsh Mutual, an organisation we invented for the purpose, together with documents we wrote. It is synthetic throughout. It is not a customer, not a case study, and no part of it describes any real organisation.

Nothing on this site is professional, legal, regulatory, audit or financial advice, and nothing on it forms an offer capable of acceptance.

Intellectual property

The content, design, branding and software behind this site belong to Koar Group Limited unless stated otherwise. You may read, quote and link to it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own or present it as the work of another party.

Availability

We make no promise that this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
