Why we exist
Systemantic was founded on a simple observation: growing businesses are often failed by traditional consultants.

We created Systemantic to fill that gap. We're small enough to care deeply about every client, experienced enough to tackle serious challenges, and practical enough to ensure our work actually gets implemented.

Alex founded Systemantic after 15 years in operations leadership, including VP Ops at a Series C fintech and COO of a 200-person agency. They've lived the chaos of hypergrowth and learned (often the hard way) how to build systems that scale. Alex leads our largest engagements and works directly with founder clients.
Jordan brings a decade of experience in process improvement and business analysis, with a particular focus on the intersection of people and systems. Before Systemantic, they led operational transformation at a multi-site healthcare provider and consulted for Big Four firms. Jordan believes the best systems are the ones people actually use.
Sam specialises in the technical side of operations-tool selection, integration architecture, and automation. They've implemented operational toolstacks for 30+ companies and have strong opinions about what makes technology actually work for teams. Previously at a leading no-code automation agency.
